It is a charming hotel with friendly, helpful staff located very close to the centre of Amalfi. The interior is attractive, with white walls and colourful tiles, and the shower and other facilities are excellent. The breakfast terrace has a wonderful view over the sea. I would definitely recommend it.
Make sure you inform the manager of your arrival time as staff are not always on site.

Request a porter service upon arrival to help with your luggage, as there are many steps from the dock to the hotel.

They let us check in early and upgraded our room to a sea view for no extra charge. The room was really spacious and beautifully decorated and close to the beach and everything. Accommodated our early check out time by providing us breakfast outside of normal breakfast time.
Wi fi was really slow on the second night. The breakfast was all sweet like croissants with jam, chocolate spread, fruit, biscuits and yoghurt. Needed some sliced meats or cheese to break it up a bit.

The hotel had an excellent location. It is a beautiful building with a great sea view from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean which is very important.
I don't have any real complaints but could still make the following comments. There could have been a little more choice of healthier options for breakfast. It would have been nice to have internet access in the rooms, not only the reception area. The pillow in the bed was very high and hard, but when I complained I got another one immediately.

Loved the fine sea views and charming breakfast terrace! The location made it easy to explore Amalfi. Just be ready for a hike up the stairs with your bags, but it's all worth it.

The amazing sea view was a highlight for the kids, and the babysitting service allowed us some much-needed time to ourselves.
My wife says that there were quite a few steps, tough with all our luggage.

This was a fabulous place to stay, recently renovated and so comfortable. The 96 stairs to the hotel were challenging but charming and most hotels had stairs that had to be travesered.Amalfi is a charming place and the accomodation was appreciated.

There is everything to like about Hotel Croce Di Amalfi. Paula the host is an absolute delightful person and very helpful. The accommodation is the cleanest and most comfortable we experienced. The view was to die for. I would recommend this location and accommodation to everyone. Like most places in Amalfi there are a number of stairs to climb but once you are there it is a treat. 5 out of 5 stars.

The location sits right in the heart of Amalfi. Our room had fine views of the sea, a highlight of our stay. The terrace for breakfast offered amazing scenery. Especially Federica, were very good in assisting us. The air conditioning struggled to keep our room cool, which became uncomfortable at times, especially given the heat outside. The breakfast options were limited, particularly for vegetarians and vegans, a bit disappointing. Handling our luggage became a bit of a challenge due to the many stairs, which may not suit every traveler. I would consider returning if the air conditioning issues were resolved.

Fresh white walls, lovely tiled floors. Pretty breakfast area with orchids plus an outdoor terrace. Good location not far from Piazza del Duomo.
Hard to find initially and the 70 or so steps with a suitcase were hard work. Worth it though.
